Your order
VeteranTags is a subsidiary of #NotServiceConnected. Each set includes two matching laser-engraved tags and a 23-inch ball chain. Silencers are available as a package option. Back engraving is included; leaving the back blank does not change the price. Prices are in US dollars. Your checkout shows merchandise, shipping and any applicable tax before payment.
Payment and production
Payment is processed through Stripe. Production begins only after payment is verified. Production normally takes 1–3 business days, excluding shipping time. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or correct an order; changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill an order and refund an unfulfilled paid order.
Shipping
We ship within the United States from Phoenix, Arizona. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. The current weight-based store rate is $4.95 for the first pound and $1 for each additional pound, rounded up, using a provisional eight-ounce allowance per set. This is a store shipping charge, not a live USPS quote. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
No-BS returns
Custom engraved items are final sale once production begins. We replace or refund items only when engraving differs from the submitted information, the item arrives damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect. Customer spelling, line-break, image and design errors are not refundable. Contact orders@veterantags.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Check your design
Confirm spelling, line breaks, placement and image rights before ordering. The preview is approximate: laser engraving is monochrome, not a color photograph, and color and fine detail may vary. You are responsible for supplying artwork suitable for engraving.
Accounts and privacy
Keep your password private and tell us about suspected unauthorized account access. You can also check out as a guest. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information and artwork.
Your promises about submitted content
When you submit text, photographs, logos, artwork, names, or other content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all licenses, permissions, and releases needed for VeteranTags to reproduce and engrave it for your order. You also represent that the requested use does not infringe copyright or trademark rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, or break any law.
Limited production license
You give VeteranTags a nonexclusive, limited license to store, crop, resize, convert, reproduce, and engrave submitted content only as needed to review, produce, document, and support your order. You keep ownership of your content.
Review and refusal
VeteranTags may reject, pause, or cancel a request when content appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise unsuitable for production. Review is a business safeguard and does not transfer responsibility for your content to VeteranTags.
Claims caused by your content
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VeteranTags and its affiliated business, owners, workers, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you submitted or your breach of these promises. This section does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
Reporting a rights concern
If you believe content submitted for an order violates your rights, contact VeteranTags through the support details in the related order correspondence. Include your contact information, the protected work or mark, the disputed use, the order number if known, and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
