Can I leave the back blank?
Absolutely. Choose “Keep the back blank.” Back engraving is included, so the price is the same either way.
What comes in a set?
Two matching laser-engraved anodized aluminum tags and one 23-inch ball chain. Add silencers if you like. Each tag is approximately 1.96 × 1.18 inches.
Can I use a photo?
Yes. Add a JPG or PNG to either side, with or without words. Clear subjects and strong contrast work best. The preview is monochrome and approximate; fine detail may not reproduce. Artwork is checked before production.
Can I upload a logo or other artwork?
Only if you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You confirm that right before sending a request, and VeteranTags may reject artwork that appears to violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. See the customer-content terms for details.
When will my tags ship?
Production takes 1–3 business days after payment and artwork approval. US shipping starts at $4.95 and is based on estimated packed weight. Your shipping charge is shown before payment. Transit time is separate.
How does bulk pricing work?
Order 25 or more identical sets and save $1.00 on every set automatically. Need different names or designs? Submit separate requests so each design is clear.
What is your return policy?
No runaround: custom engraved items are final sale once production begins. We replace or refund if our engraving differs from your submitted information, your item arrives damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect. Customer spelling, layout or other submission errors are not refundable. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Your order confirmation will include the support contact.
